RETURN POLICY

Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in buying my prints!

I do not offer returns, but if your print does in fact get lost in the mail, I can offer a replacement or a refund.

If your print gets damaged during shipment, I can also offer a replacement or a refund. You can send me a picture of the damage, and we'll figure something out. Be aware I do not manage shipping, as it is always done via Gelato's third party printer shops, and I cannot control quality as much as I'd like. Reasonably, I want you to get a product that makes sense with the amount you paid.

Je n'offre pas de retour, mais si ton affiche est perdue dans la poste, j'offre un remplacement ou un remboursement.

Si ton affiche est endommagée lors de la livraison, j'offre également un remplacement ou un remboursement. Tu peux m'envoyer une photo du produit endommagé et on va s'arranger. Je tiens à dire que je ne gère pas moi-même la livraison; elle est toujours faite par les tiers-partis que Gelato utilise pour l'impression des affiches, et je ne contrôle donc pas la qualité autant que je voudrais. Par contre, je tiens à ce que tu aies un produit qui fait du sens avec l'argent que tu as payé, raisonnablement.
